Our very first product design, the Notions Clutch is a compact stylish organizer for your most used knitting & crocheting tools, with specialized compartments to securely hold:

The top right corner is fitted with a discreet magnet, perfect for keeping darners & stitch markers from slipping away while working. With additional compartments to hold pattern print-outs or other notions, the Notions Clutch is a maker's true companion.

The Clutch is sold on its own, without the tools, so that you can choose to use your own notions if you wish. You can purchase the four core notions from our Notions Clutch Essentials pack.

We specifically selected this type of leather for its sought-after aging qualities, like the characteristic caramelization of the colour, a unique patina giving it a sense of history and character. The soft leather easily shows signs of use, which is why each case comes with a small piece of wool felt that is extremely effective at quickly brushing away marks or scratches.

Cute, tiny and super practical, this little wallet is lovingly handmade from the same genuine leather as our Notions Clutch. It comes fully stocked with 3 essential notions: a pair of tapestry needles, mini scissors and steel ring stitch markers. About the size of a credit card, it snaps shut with discreet magnets, keeping your tiny essentials secure. It contains one zip and two inner pockets for any other small items that you frequently use on the go (like mini stitch repair hook or mini tailor's tape for example). We love this leather for its beautiful appearance and softness to the touch. Knitting is a tactile art, and we seek to compliment the experience with quality accessories, however tiny they may be :)

Our Nook baskets offer a practical solution to store your knitting/crochet WIP project while integrating beautifully with your home decor. Made from all natural woven cotton rope, they feature stylish accents made from the same cork as our cork knitting accessories. We've incorporated magnets under the lid (aka the "Notions Nook"), conveniently marked, that allow you to keep your notions neatly tucked in our matching cork magnetic notions cases (sold separately). These baskets are low and wide, offering generous space to fit up to a cardigan or baby blanket.

These baskets are fitted with the "Notions Nook" by us by hand, so please allow up to 5 business days in additional processing time for your order.

We also offer just the baskets, without the magnetic component and we've sized them to cozily fit our Notions Clutch.

In addition to cork, we also offer two leather alternatives with whiskey or chocolate accents, to match our magnetic leather notions cases.

Tool Fit

Each basket has 5 magnetic spots under the lid to fit up to 5 notions cases:

1) Maple tape measure (please note that only tape measures with enough metallic content will stick to the magnet). This spot is reinforced with two magnets to help, as the tape measure is heavier and can slip off more easily.

2) Scissors sheath

3) Stitch markers case

4) Tapestry needles slip (one spot can hold 2 of these)

5) Cable needle case

All spots (except the tape measure) are identical in magnetic pull and can be used interchangeably with any of the notions cases (ie you can place an extra pair of scissors in place of a cable needle case for example).
