All of our newest Denim Pochettes and most Whiskeys can have the shoulder strap rings, but some may not. Pochettes purchased with matching shoulder straps in the same order will have the 2 rings. Those purchased without a strap will not, unless you specifically request this in a note on the shopping cart page.
